Join us as we pour Palo Duro NE-Style Pale and First Day Out Czech-Style Pilsner, as well as a selection of barrel fermented saisons for the first time in our shop!

Black Friday Cellar Sale

This year we’ve decided to opt out of selling Goose Island Bourbon County. Instead, we have decided to host a cellar sale! We’ll have a great selection of bottles from a wide selection. We’re not trying to lecture you about what to drink, or how to spend your money; we hope you have a great time hunting for BCBS, and will join us once you’re ready to have a pint and relax.

Maintenance At Chuck’s Hop Shop

A short time ago we had an evening where, thanks to a confluence of events, we were unable to serve food. Well, someone complained and we got in trouble with WA Liquor Control. While we know what happened was just a lot of bad luck, we nonetheless got a citation.

What does that mean? Well, that means we will have to close our doors for a few days.

But all is not lost! We’ve decided to use this time to give the ol’ Chuck’s on 85th a little spruce up!

From Thursday, Nov. 9th, through Monday, Nov. 13th, we will be closing our doors for some much needed maintenance, repairs, and re-organization! Don’t worry, it will be the same Chuck’s you’ve come to know and love when we re-open on Tuesday, Nov. 14th at 11 AM.

In the meantime, Chuck’s Hop Shop in the Central District and Barbecue Smith in Roosevelt will be open! Feel free to swing by either of those locations in the interim!

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We want to thank all of you for being patient, and look forward to serving up some delicious beers when our doors open again on Tuesday.
