UPDATE 9/19: Since this week’s event is not a fundraiser, we will be charging $1 per person for sampling cups. Don’t forget your Washingtons!
Howdy all you hop shoppers! Just a few changes this week. First of all we just wanted to say thank you for your patience, the broken kegerator is currently outside the shop and both of the new kegerators have arrived. We’ve almost got everything we need to start changing the store lay-out once again, and we’re pretty stoked at how its going to look. Hopefully the same goes for all of you!
And no, we’re not booting the wine out.
So without further ado, here are a few other things to look forward to:
- Oy Vey! – Rosh Hashanah started last night and will end Tuesday. At Chuck’s, we’re going to settle with enjoying some leftovers and good beer the day after! Start the new year with some sweet apples dipped in honey and trying out some samples from He’Brew, the Chosen Beer. If you haven’t had a chance to try them yet, this is a great opportunity to see some excellent craft beer coming from the East Coast scene. The tasting event begins at 6pm this Wednesday and will end at 8pm.
- Say Hello to the Kegerators – Both of the new kegerators have arrived and over the next week we’ll be putting them online and adding more taps to the menu. Will 36+ taps be enough to stave off Chuck’s obsession? Only time will tell.
- Mac & Manny’s Mondays – With more taps comes more opportunities, and we’re taking the ball and running with it. Starting next week, we plan to have both Mac & Jack and Manny’s Pale Ale on tap every Monday and featuring $10 growler fills. After work, you’ll know where to head to start your week the right way.
